After many years dealing with my own chronic pain and health concerns, I understand first-hand the suffering many people experience that are dealing with debilitating pain and ongoing health issues. My studies and practice in the alternative health field have personally helped me considerably to heal my own issues of chronic pain and stress as well as to significantly enhance my overall health and well-being. As a consequence the most important contribution I can offer others are to pass on the lessons.
I specialize in Bowen Therapy along with other service offerings to help people heal from acute or chronic pain and stress. My sessions help with structural and energetic alignment, detoxifying the body, decreasing pain, encouraging wellness, anti-aging and improve overall health and well-being.
I have been studying in the alternative health industry since 1993 with over 20 years of experience in private practice and have developed a keen intuitive sense, perfecting techniques and protocols to help my clients with their individual concerns.
By understanding a clients current level of health, I provide them with an effective holistic therapy plan that also includes specific lifestyle and wellness recommendations. The goal is to help get my clients pain free as quickly as possible and markedly improve their energy and stamina.
The services I offer are safe, effective and help to resolve and prevent a myriad of acute and chronic degenerative conditions. I offer a safe, encouraging and empathetic environment to support my clients healing process.
As well I continuously upgrade my skills and knowledge in learning unconventional, unique modalities and technologies that are at the forefront in the holistic health field.
